SUCCESS - Thanks to our campaign and the work of many others, Caerphilly Council changed it's mind and retained Billy and other crossing patrols across Caerphilly!

SAVE OUR CROSSING PATROL!

Labour run Caerphilly County Borough Council are threatening to remove the Road Crossing Patrol outside Machen Primary School and at other locations in Caerphilly.

The School in Machen is located on the busy A468 and having a crossing patrol is essential to the safety of children and parents.

Billy, pictured here is also an important part of our community - controling traffic, welcoming the kids and always smiling, even if it's rainy, windy or cold.

If you agree that removing this essential public service is a crazy idea please add your details below. The Caerphilly Lib Dem team will then use this to fight these cuts.

Billy - protecting lives everyday. CCBC Hands off our crossing partrol!
